When a customer orders from you, you pass the order to Junagadh Warehouse™ and we ship directly to your customer under your brand. You never invest in inventory or handle logistics - you just sell and pocket the margin.
How do I get started with Junagadh Warehouse™?+

24 hours. You'll get catalogue access, product photos, wholesale pricing, and everything needed to start listing and selling.
Do I need a GST number to start?+
A GST number is recommended - especially for selling on Amazon and Flipkart - and required for proper B2B invoicing. However, you can begin with our Starter Reseller plan while you complete your GST registration. Our team will guide you through the process if needed.
Do I need any technical or business experience?+
Not at all. Our plans are built for complete beginners. We provide free webinars, step-by-step training, and a dedicated account manager (on eligible plans) so you learn everything you need to run your business confidently - even if you've never sold online before.
Can I sell on social media instead of a marketplace?+
Yes - and many of our top sellers do exactly that. Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook are powerful channels for Indian sellers. Our Starter Reseller and Women Seller plans are specifically designed for social-media-first selling, with product photos and order management built for WhatsApp workflows.

How many products can I sell?+
All plans give you access to our full catalogue of 5,500+ SKUs across 20+ categories. There's no limit on how many products you list or sell. The more you list, the more chances you have of making sales.
What profit margin can I expect?+
Because you source at wholesale and set your own selling price, margins typically range from
25% to 60% depending on product and category. You set your own selling price - we never restrict it. Use our
profit calculator to see projected earnings before you start.
Are product photos and descriptions provided?+
Yes. Every product in our catalogue comes with professional product photos and ready-to-use descriptions optimized for marketplace listings. You can use them on Amazon, Flipkart, Instagram, your website - anywhere. No photoshoot needed on your end.
Can I upgrade my plan later?+
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time and only pay the difference. Many sellers start on the Starter Reseller plan and grow into the Growth Marketplace or Full Scale Dominator as their business scales. We'll guide you on when to upgrade.
How often is the catalogue updated?+
Our catalogue is updated daily. New products are added regularly, and stock levels are refreshed every day. You'll also receive weekly bestseller reports so you know which products are selling fastest.
🚚 Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?+
Orders are dispatched from our Junagadh warehouse within 24-72 hours. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on the destination pincode and courier partner. We work with trusted courier services to ensure reliable delivery.
Do you support COD (Cash on Delivery)?+
Yes. COD is fully supported on all plans alongside prepaid orders. This is crucial for Indian buyers who prefer paying on delivery, and it's already built into our fulfilment system at no extra setup from your side.
Will my brand appear on the package?+
Yes - that's the whole point. We offer white-label shipping on all plans, which means shipments go out under your brand name with no Junagadh Warehouse™ branding visible to your customer. Your customer sees your business, not ours.
Yes. Every order comes with a tracking number that you and your customer can use. You can manage and monitor all orders from your account dashboard. On eligible plans, you also get a dedicated order management panel.
Yes. We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India via our courier partners. Our network covers metro cities, Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, and most remote locations - including the Saurashtra and Junagadh region where we're based.

What is your return policy?+
We accept returns for damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photo proof submitted to our support team. We handle every return and replacement efficiently. Our goal is zero friction for your customers so your seller reputation stays strong.

Is there any guarantee if I'm not satisfied?+
Yes - we offer a 7-day satisfaction period. If you're not happy in your first week after onboarding, reach out to our team and we'll resolve the issue. We want every seller to have a successful experience from day one.
🧾 Payments & GST
How does GST billing work?+
Every order you fulfil through Junagadh Warehouse™ comes with a proper GST invoice automatically generated. You receive an invoice for your purchase cost from us, and you issue your own invoice to your customer. We make GST compliance seamless - no manual calculations needed.
What payment methods do you accept from sellers?+
We accept all standard payment methods including UPI, NEFT/IMPS, and bank transfer. Payment is collected per order before dispatch. Details are shared during onboarding based on your chosen plan.
Are plan prices GST-inclusive?+
Plan prices are quoted excluding GST, which is added at the time of purchase. Every product order you fulfil also comes with a proper GST invoice. You can claim input tax credit on your plan subscription where applicable.
